FounderJimmy Brylinke is a Tampa Bay–based real estate advisor with deep roots in St. Petersburg. Born and raised in St. Pete, he is a graduate of St. Petersburg Catholic High School and the University of South Florida St. Petersburg, grounding his work in long-standing local knowledge of the market.
Over the course of his career, Jimmy has led and contributed to multiple years exceeding $50 million in sales volume, working across residential and investment-focused transactions. His experience spans both client-facing advisory and behind-the-scenes execution, supported by an in-house transaction coordinator with a broker’s license and more than 25 years of industry experience.
At BNGREE, Jimmy focuses on deal strategy, negotiation, and execution, bringing a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to every transaction. Clients value his ability to balance market insight with practical decision-making, particularly in competitive or high-stakes situations.
Kyle Nosworthy
FounderKyle Nosworthy is a Tampa Bay–based real estate professional specializing in residential transactions, investment analysis, and property management strategy. As the founder of a property management and consulting practice prior to BNGREE, Kyle has built a reputation for helping clients understand not just what they’re buying or selling, but why it makes sense.
Clients consistently value his educational approach, responsiveness, and ability to break down complex decisions into clear, actionable steps—particularly for first-time buyers and investors. Kyle emphasizes transparency, steady communication, and long-term thinking throughout the entire process.
